Full payment is required to complete the booking process; you will be contacted within 24-hours of reserving an appointment time to confirm your service and complete the payment process.

Accepted methods of payment are Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.

**The "Reiki-Infused Sound Bath" events hosted through Life Time Arboretum have a 24-hour cancellation/refund policy prior to the event's start time in order to receive a refund. 

There is a 60-day window to reschedule from the original service date and time. After 60 days, the service is non-transferrable. 

To reschedule a service, communication is required at least 4 hours before the appointment time in order to honor the energy of all parties involved. After the 4-hour mark prior to the service time, rescheduling is no longer possible. Energy changes and things come up - when in doubt, reach out.

Failure to show for your appointment without any means of communication will result in an automatic completion of the service and rescheduling will no longer be possible within or after the 60-day transfer window.

By booking and completing payment for any service provided by Elaine:

-I hereby give my consent to participate in these in-person or distant treatments, healing sessions, and ceremonies, and understand that the services provided by Elaine are intended to reduce stress and provide relaxation.

-I understand completely that the services provided during Reiki Treatments, Akashic Readings, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, and Plant Medicine Ceremonies are in no way a substitute for traditional medical treatment or advice. The services listed above are considered alternative, complementary approaches and do not replace the need for traditional medical care through your physician or licensed professional. You should not stop, add, or change any medication or traditional treatment, without the advice, consent and direction of your physician. You are advised to seek the care of a licensed professional for any physical, mental or emotional concerns. I am fully aware that my chosen Reiki/Healing/Energy Practitioner will not offer any diagnosis or recommend any Medical Treatment or Prescribed Medication.

-I understand that I must continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of my overall personal health care plan, and I should contact my own certified and licensed medical physician/doctor/health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments or concerns that I may have in order to get proper medical advice.

-I agree and understand that my participation in all services provided by the chosen Practitioner is voluntary and that at any time during the Service I can choose to end my participation. I also understand that I may experience 'self-healing reactions' during the 48+ hours following the Reiki treatments and healing sessions, also known as 'integration'.

-I understand that any information exchanged during any session or service is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. I also understand that any information imparted during these services is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without my written permission.

-Finally, I understand that by providing this informed consent I am assuming full responsibility for participating in Reiki Treatment Sessions, Ceremonies Involving Plant Medicine, and all other Energy Healing Services, and I hold harmless both my chosen Practitioner and the facility/location where the services are provided.

-I agree to the terms and conditions set out by this in Person or distant treatment and healing consent form and certify that the above information is true and correct.
